The Muscatine Civic Chorale will present "Misa a Buenos Aires" a contemporary mass by Martín Palmeri This innovative work also known as the "Misatango" combines rhythms of Argentina's national dance with the traditional Latin text and features the bandoneón. We are honored to welcome our special guest, internationally acclaimed Argentinian bandoneón virtuoso Richard Scofano. Admission is free, but donations will be graciously accepted. Light refreshments will be served after the performance.
